The InsightsLab application and its components, including its structure, texts, graphics, logos, icons, software and code, are the property of ObiMi Developments SRL or are used by it with the permission of their respective rights holders.
Any full or partial reproduction, representation, adaptation or use of these components without prior permission is prohibited, except where permitted by law or provided for by contract.
Clubs retain the rights they hold over the content they upload to InsightsLab, including photos, videos, logos and other protected content. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy and the contract concluded with the club concerned.
Liability
DataMatchLab uses reasonable means to ensure the availability, security and proper functioning of InsightsLab. The service may nevertheless be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or updates, or for reasons beyond DataMatchLab’s control.
The indicators, scores and alerts generated or presented in InsightsLab are decision-support tools for staff. They do not constitute medical advice and replace neither the judgement of the professionals who supervise the players nor, where applicable, the advice of a healthcare professional.
