Our approach
InsightsLab uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, as well as functional cookies that provide certain features expressly requested by the user. These cookies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary for the service or for the requested feature.
Google Analytics audience measurement cookies are only set after you consent. You can accept or refuse them just as easily. Your choice has no effect on your access to InsightsLab’s features.
InsightsLab does not use any advertising cookies.

Browser local storage
InsightsLab also uses your browser’s local storage to remember certain interface preferences, such as the light or dark theme, the last tab viewed or, where this feature is used, the identifier of the last player displayed.
This information is stored locally on your device and is not passed on to third parties. It is used solely to provide the corresponding features and to restore the interface as you left it.
You can delete this information from your browser settings.
Notifications
When you choose to enable notifications, your browser may keep the technical information needed to deliver them. This information is used only to provide the requested feature. You can turn notifications off at any time in the application or in your browser settings.
Audience measurement cookies — subject to your consent
If you consent, InsightsLab uses Google Analytics 4 to measure use of the service and obtain visitor statistics.

Google Analytics is only activated after you consent.
Some data processed through Google Analytics may be transferred to the United States. The safeguards applying to these transfers are described in our Privacy policy.
Fonts
The fonts used by InsightsLab and by the public booking page are hosted on our own servers. Loading them therefore does not involve any connection to an external font provider.
Changing your choice
Your cookie choice is kept for 6 months. When this period ends, you may be asked for your choice again.
You can accept, refuse or withdraw your consent at any time using the Manage cookies tool available on the site.
If you withdraw your consent, Google Analytics is disabled and the audience measurement cookies set by InsightsLab are deleted where technically possible.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling certain necessary cookies may, however, prevent some features from working, in particular signing in to InsightsLab.
